Consulting
We start pre-production by consulting with you on making a show that nourishes your self-worth, your brand goals, and your profits. We’ll decide on the format, content, cadence, and style of your show, and get clear on how that will bring the ROI you want. Once you are our client, we check in with you regularly to keep the show aligned with your goals, bandwidth, and evolution.
Setup
Next, we handle all of the technical setup of your show, including hosting services for distribution to listening apps and YouTube. We organize your production workflow, file management, and show schedules. We make your episode templates, choose music and graphics, and get your show live. If you have an existing show, we streamline this process and onboard your existing workflow.
Production
We take the heavy workload off of your plate and get your audio and video recording, editing, and publishing done efficiently, in a high-quality, brand-aligned format. This includes creating a great trailer for your show. We can record out of our space in Salt Lake City and we can set you up to record from home or remotely with guests.
Here’s how to work with us:
Every client starts by receiving 2 months of pre-production support from us where we advise you on how to make your show the best it can be. Then we continue production for either an “always on” or a seasonal show. This includes recording and editing episodes, file management and back up, generating show notes, and publishing episodes to podcast apps and YouTube. Our goal is to handle every part of the process besides being the show host — that’s you.
Here’s what it costs:
You pay a set monthly retainer while your show is in active production with us, starting with pre-production and continuing until you take a season break or sunset your show. Retainers can include recording in our studio space or fully remote from your home studio and include producing an audio and video version of your show. We can always customize a retainer if you have an extra special show in mind!
We offer varying levels of service, based on how big your team, bandwidth, and budget are.
Team of One
$1,000/month (~$6,000 per season)
We setup your podcast hosting service & YouTube channel, get you setup to record like a pro at home, and share our best practices guides for hosting and marketing. We will optimize your recordings and publish your episodes just as they were recorded. This option is great for show hosts who want to save on budget and feel confident about speaking unedited. We typically recommend our unedited retainer for new podcasters who don’t yet have a large, established audience or sponsor partners.
Small Team
$4,000/month (~$25,000 per season)
We do all of your podcast & YouTube setup plus advise you on a custom success plan for your show concept, format, marketing, and more. We edit your recordings to make you sound and look your best, publish your episodes, and manage your files and analytics. This option is popular with show hosts who want to go big and maximize their show’s reach. We typically recommend our edited retainer for seasoned brands who have a dedicated marketing person or pre-existing sponsor relations.
Large Team
$8,000+/month (~$50,000 per season)
We do everything included in our Edited Shows plus . . . custom set creation, multiple cameras and broll capture, script writing, fancy editing, and media training on site to bring the very best, most interesting show out of you. We typically recommend our custom retainer for brands and organizations that have large audiences and budgets and want to make a stand-out show that turns heads.
