Every client starts by receiving pre-production support from us. We make a strategic plan for your show and your brand. Then we continue production for either an “always on” or a seasonal show. This includes recording and editing episodes, file and schedule management, generating show notes, and publishing episodes to podcast apps and YouTube. Our job is to handle every part of the process besides being the show host — that’s you.

What you pay:
You pay a set monthly retainer while your show is in active production with us, starting with pre-production and continuing until you take a season break or sunset your show. Retainers can include recording in our studio space or fully remote from your home.
Starter
$2,000/month
We get you setup to record at home and prep your show for publishing on podcast apps and YouTube. We publish your episodes just as they were recorded, plus make clips to share on social. This option is great for show hosts who want to save on budget and feel confident about speaking unedited.
Pro
$4,000/month
We do all of your setup plus handle all of your recording sessions. We edit your episodes to make you sound and look your best, publish your episodes, advise on promotion, and manage your files and analytics. This option is popular with show hosts who want to look polished and professional.
Custom
$8,000+/month
We do everything included in our smaller packages plus . . . multiple camera angles, script writing, graphics editing, and media training to bring the very best out of you. This option is for organizations that have large audiences and want to make a stand-out show that gets talked about.
