My bio
Christine Baird is currently the Director of Story Sourcing at a good cause advertising agency, where she helps match the best talent and narratives with the right brands and causes. With over a decade of experience as a strategic content consultant and media producer, she specializes in turning big ideas into high-impact digital content that fuels growth.
As former Head Producer for The School of Greatness with Lewis Howes, she led the content strategy that grew the podcast from under 1 million downloads to over 80 million. Today, she also runs a boutique media production agency, Worthfull Media, where she helps small businesses and organizations produce smarter, more effective media with lasting value.
With deep experience in the self-development, leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellness spaces, she has supported everyone from solo founders to global thought leaders. Christine is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and works with clients around the country.
