Create Your Own Podcast: Beginner’s Bootcamp
This 6-week bootcamp was built for you. Christine will guide you and a group of beginners through six weeks of ideation, prep, recording, and setup to get you going at a semi-pro level. By the end of the bootcamp, you will have your show setup, recorded, and ready to go live.
Hello! We are Christine & Tiff
Co-hosts of the Think Like a Producer podcast, Tiff Tyler and Christine Baird are the co-workers who became friends as we’ve filmed, edited, and produced multiple top influencer podcasts over the past 5 years.
We met in the studio while working on Lewis Howes’ top-ranked self-development podcast, the School of Greatness, growing it from less than 1 million downloads to over 80 million downloads just 4 years later — and a YouTube channel that now has 1 million subscribers.
We’ve since worked with dozens of influencer brands to launch high-quality podcasts and YouTube channels and build sustainable content marketing strategies for our clients.
We made this bootcamp for our friends who keep asking us,
“How do I start my own podcast?”
- We get the dream of starting your own podcast but having no clue about what to do. We’re filling in the gap so you’re not flying solo!
- This bootcamp is designed to answer the questions we know you are going to have and give you beginner-level answers that will save you tons of time! We use a video chat format to give you weekly lessons and answer all your q’s in a timely manner.
- We want you to feel empowered, supported, and confident as the creator of your podcast — so that you can focus on creativity, have fun, and keep your podcast going past the first few episodes!

How does it work?
1 We use the Marco Polo Channels app to host the training. It’s a video chat based app (just like Marco Polo) that is off of social media entirely. That means you open the app to learn, ask questions, and get answers with no distractions.
No need to weed through a bunch of posts in an overgrown Facebook group, miss announcements, and waste time. Instead, you are video chatting directly with us and learning from other members’ questions and processes.
2 This training is designed to literally be in your pocket. Because we host it on a mobile-based app, you can be learning in the program when you are burned out from Zoom calls and desktop time.
Listen to or watch lessons while you are on a walk, in the car, or making dinner. Just like listening to a podcast, this training is your companion on your timetable.
3 Weekly lessons plus Q&A allows you to learn the basic steps of podcast production and launch while also being able to ask questions and get timely answers straight from us.
We knew we couldn’t record content that would become outdated in a couple of months, so we built the bootcamp to teach you what is timeless and give you what is new on the same platform.
4 Ease of use is top of mind when we work with people. We want you to get exactly what you asked for and invested in – expert content that is on point and easily accessible.
We made this bootcamp as easy to use as video chatting with your friends.

A note from us
We created this bootcamp for people who are beginners at podcasting and working with a team of one or two. We know it can be a lot to handle on your own, but we’re here to walk you through it.
This bootcamp is for beginners who are ready to start their show and can dedicate a few hours a week over the 6 weeks to make it a reality. We won’t do the work for you, but we will be there to answer your questions and cheer you on as you create your own show.
If you’re not sure this bootcamp is a fit right now, no worries! We host it every few months, so hop on our email list and we’ll let you know next time a new one is starting.
If you are ready, we can’t wait to support you and your podcast!
